I’m sure the general understands the gravity of that. The Benian empire has given assylum to someone who can and has controlled the actions of Benians with great malice. She might’ve been a hostage, she might not be. She could still be operating under duress as a double agent. After all that was simply phase 1 and I doubt the antagonist had her control some random Benians just for a laugh. Until they identify the method of the hack and produce an effective countermeasure she or others like her will be a danger.
