Dementia at least, that lucid first part seemed like she still has her memories so probably not Alzheimer’s. This is also a future world, Alzheimer’s would be cured and who knows what other diseases could mess with your brain. She could have a parasite that can’t be removed without killing her, which also slowly kills her. Maybe she’s infected by one them mutant monsters, would explain the dream and how they know her dna is resistant.
